Government Social Media Award Program Open for Submissions

We are humbled to announce that submissions are now being accepted for the fourth annual Golden Post Awards hosted at the Government Social Media Conference in April 2018!  

The Golden Post Awards exclusively honors outstanding use of social media by local and state government agencies in the U.S. The awards highlight distinguished accomplishments in the following categories:  

  • Best Use of Humor on Social Media
  • Social Media Strategy in Solving Crime
  • Social Media Crisis Communications
  • Best Use of Crowdsourcing
  • Government Social Media Policy
  • Outstanding Social Media Results

Returning this year is the “Facebook Favorite” Golden Post Award presented by the Facebook team.  Attendees are welcome to join us as we celebrate award recipients for all their hard work, efforts, creativity and professionalism.
