Kaitlin Keeler, Oakland County, MI Digital Editorial Manager, is responsible for all digital citizen engagement. She leads the Digital Editorial Team to create engaging multimedia content across the County’s various channels. Additionally, Kaitlin wrote and implemented the County’s first enterprise social media marketing strategy integrating all departments’ social presences with the centralized goals of the County including a comprehensive policy, account governance and interactive training. Oakland County’s social media strategy and policy has been recognized by National Association of Counties, the Center for Digital Government, and the Government Social Media Golden Post Awards.
