PIO, University of Colorado Boulder Police
Scott Pribble has been a PIO for 12 years, working for a fire department and police department. In his current position, Scott uses his social media platforms to communicate to more than 50,000 students, faculty, and staff. Social media was one of the primary methods used to communicate on Oct. 5, 2016, when three separate campus incidents, including a man with a machete, turned the campus community upside down. Scott is a firm believer in using social media as an integral tool to engage with his community.
