Ben Cathers is the Government & Financial Services Senior Solutions Consultant at Hootsuite. He pitches, advises and manages the initial rollout phase in some of Hootsuite’s largest rollouts, including country wide social media deployments as well as large scale state and local government launches. Ben is a frequent speaker on social media and government, having presented at the SIFMA Tech conference, GSMCon, LinkedIn, multiple BDI Events, Meetups and at the International Trader’s Expo.

Thao Hill is the Director of Strategic Accounts for GovDelivery. He joined the GovDelivery team in 2015 to continue his passion of encouraging open government, citizen engagement, and technology innovation in the public sector. Thao is driven by a belief that if we leverage technology to drive efficiency and better communication between governments and citizens, we create a stronger, more effective democracy.
Prior to joining GovDelivery, Thao was a member of the Granicus executive leadership team. Before that, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Public Systems Associates.
Ronnie Gallegos has an MBA from a California State University, and brings 15 years of Corporate Security experience to Geofeedia. Throughout his career, Ronnie has helped oversee Client Services and Global Account Development in the areas of Executive Travel Safety & Executive Protection, Physical Security Human Resources, Remote Video and Alarm Monitoring and SaaS Implementation with strategic accounts such as Facebook, Yahoo and ebay.
Throughout his 15 years in Corporate Security, he has strategized, overseen client services, and has helped build out entire Physical Security Services programs, including various types of Consulting and Investigations and Systems Integration. These programs range from global corporations to local Transit and Housing Authorities, HOA’s and Retail environments, and all of which are focused on Identifying, Analyzing and Predicting Criminal Behavior as well as detecting Physical Security threats.

Yuri Beckelman currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff & Legislative Director for Congressman Mark Takano of California, where he assists the Congressman in his duties on the Education and the Workforce and Veterans Affairs Committees. His policy portfolio also includes Technology, Trade and Foreign Affairs.
He started and currently helps run a hands-on digital training program for staffers, organizes a new online tools shoot out for Capitol Hill and helped set up the Congressional Maker Caucus. Born and raised in San Francisco, California, his first stint on Capitol Hill was as a Staff Assistant to then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, his hometown Congresswoman.
