Franky Saegerman

Franky SaegermanFranky Saegerman provides strategic assessment, analysis and advice regarding the performance and impact of NATO’s Digital communications channels and products.

Franky started working at NATO’s Office of Information and Press in 1995. As the Head of the Distribution Unit, he gradually shifted the external communication from a traditional paper based dissemination to a fully electronic dissemination and more recently through social media.

From 2012 to 2015 he was Head of the Social Media Team. He has put NATO on the Social Media map and found innovative ways to raise awareness for NATO on social.
