Philly’s Chief Customer Service Officer to Speak at Government Social Media Conference

Rosetta Carrington Lue, the City of Philadelphia’s Chief Customer Service Officer and 311 Executive Director, will address the nation’s first gathering of U.S. state and local government social media managers in Reno, Nevada, in April 2015.

Rosetta Carrington LueRosetta’s presentation on “How to Create an Award Winning Social Media Team Without Increasing Your Budget” will highlight how the City of Philadelphia developed and sustained an award winning social media team. The discussion will coach agencies on forming a volunteer social media team to utilize social media as a government outreach platform.

The 2015 Government Social Media Conference & Expo (GSMCON) is the first national social media conference specifically for U.S. city, county and state government agencies.
