Statewide Digital Content Administrator, State of Michigan

Andrew Belanger serves as the statewide digital content administrator for Michigan.gov. In this role, he supports citizen-centric experiences across digital assets, including oversight of social media governance, policy, strategy, and training. Andrew has been featured in USA Today, the New York Times, Washington Post, U.S. News & World Report and more for his work with #MiGovSocial.

Andrew is president-elect of the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America and is a proud alum of Michigan State University, where he holds a Master Degree in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education.
